Wow! Love all of features! Droid Planner is so rich in features and options that it's so much like the full-fledged Mission Planner. It's amazing how well the app is laid out and fits a small 7" screen so well. The only thing I didn't like... was how easy it was to select disarm while flying which I think should prompt you before it executes that particular command.

Love it!!! I am really excited about this app. It rocks! Being able to setup waypoints and change parameters while out on the field without the need for a laptop or tablet. My Galaxy Note 3 rocks this app like no other. I do have this I one issue, when activating the "RC" mode after arming through the app, the throttles kick on full blast. Come to find out, in the app, the "rudder" stick controls the throttle instead of the throttle stick itself. Is there any way to change or adjust this??? I really hope so. Also currently running V2.9.1 on Ardupilot. Haven't upgraded firmware yet, been out of flying for a while. ;)

This is a great app for APM telemetry and mission planning. I use this on an Asus Tablet when flying a HK Bixler 1.1 with onboard APM 2.5. The ONLY thing this app NEEDS is the ability to use altitude ABOVE GROUND LEVEL instead of ASL. Please Arthur, will you fix this? It caused a crash recently. PLEASE?!

Nice work Arthur! This is an amazing app. (If anyone has had trouble connecting over bluetooth, try unpairing any car stereo, headset devices ect.. on your phone/tab first, then pair with your copter. worked for my galaxy s4.)

Don't Work Yet. This app can't connect to a Pixhawk PX4 over a direct USB connection but I got it working with 3DR telemetry radios! When I tried to Arm with a GPS lock it said "Bad Throttle".

Follow me is amazing Great tool for hunting. Just make sure you have the right long life battery. The only thing I could not figure out is why the app does not voice notify me when battery is low. Other than that the app works perfectly.

It will be fixed on the new version (DPv2). Love it!!! I am really excited about this app. It rocks! Probably you have an unusual RC setup. Currently I do not recommend using the RC override, we are developing something better that will be released in the future. Revolutionary FPV App! Authur, great work! Revolutionary for FPV. In addition to the many existing incredible features, I would love to have IP cam live feed support behind the HUD and full screen with RC contols overlay, which could be used with an analog to IP video encoder.

DroidPlanner First Impressions I have been flying the quadcopter for a few months with a KK2 board with very satisfying results. I have recently upgraded to APM and the advanced capabilities it offers. As of late I've begun to use DroidPlanner and am in the early stages of learning how to use it. So far DroidPlanner has not failed to amaze. I am looking forward to utilizing its dazzling capabilities. I wish to thank Mr Brenemann for his product. I would have given five stars, but will wait until I explore the capabilities of the app.
3DR Telemetry Radio Doesn't Connect Like the layout and similarity to Mission Planner, unfortunately my 3DR telemetry radio will not connect, it is the newest latest version and connects fine with Tower, am I missing something?
Is it possible to have 19200 baud or even 9200? This is needed for connection through openlrsng uhf telemetry instead of 3dr radios, as this will give more range and is very useful for flights where there is no reason to have a full scale GCS. Also, one less frequency to use will make for cleaner RF.
feedback: There should be an indication in the screen if Follow me is enabled ! In guided mode the " Ok" button is very close to the up and down buttons for changing altitude. This caused a near miss crash.I have also used the new version droid planner 2 however I feel this software is better
Love this app now my CX 20 follows me and give info also just added sonar sensors so wen its close to something it will fly up and then move forward its so awsome
Awesome app. Needs some features added. I think this app is awesome but I have 2 features that need to be added to make it comparable to Andropilot. Add RXRSSI to either the HUD or somewhere else so I can monitor my radio. Add the option to convert from Metric to Imperial. Keep up the good work.

The new version will be released soon, and it has the RSSI values. Replaces my laptop Superhappy that I don't have to drag my laptop around. I am using headphones to listen to the app notifications. Really thankful to the developer for spending the time and creative energy to help the Mavlink users. Just made my small contribution using the donation app
Awesome app! Don't forget to donate under "more from Arthur". I'm sure this took some effort to build and $5 is cheap for all it does! Love the app. Looking forward to future upgrades etc

Fixed on the new version of the app (v2). Give it a try, and if you agree with the solution give use a five star rating :) Can't refresh params Realy like the app and layout. I'm connecting via BT. When I refresh prams says it's refreshing but never gets past first one using a s5 phone
Arthurc App was working well. Now when it connects to telemitry it crashes. It sucs as this is just when everything is ready to fly.
Has a very hard time connecting Does not connect very well compared to the other app keep up the good work
