The concept is fantastic, and I really wanted to like this app but it just stopped working for me entirely. I haven't received any points at all (as a TD banking user) since June 11th, despite ongoing and bonus offers having been taken fu ll advantage of. I think this could be a great app if it wasn't so gosh darn buggy.
I wish rewards were also offered for the places you shop at to collect points. Gift cards for Walmart and shoppers go alot farther for me as a consumer than old Navy or star bucks. Not to say I would never redeem any there, I would rather save money on necessities than anything else. Will likely only redeem Amazon gift cards as they will go further for me. I also wish you could change your stores if you wanted to.
UPDATE: Drop has excellent customer service. I received 2500 bonus points because of my issue. I will try to connect my card again in a couple of days and then I will improve my review again if it is successful. ORIGINAL (1 STAR): I just downloaded it, and attempted to link my PC Financial Mastercard. It accepted my PC Financial Mastercard username and password no problem, but, after loading for a bit, it said that Drop is experiencing delays with my institution.
I love the concept of earning points. However, I have not received points for my purchases at Shoppers Drug Mart (and McDonald's)... I shop there frequently and it would be awesome if I could earn points too. I've reached out to customers service and have not heard back...
Really like the concept and has a lot of offers for places I shop at often but I haven't received any points yet for regular purchases or for all the one time offers that I did complete that have now expired. Super frustrating!
I can't even link a card which seems to be the first step in getting this going since it won't send me an e-mail to be able to do so. So far this has been completely useless.

We also corrected an issue with Drop using more data than necessary, but we needed to add some extra permissions for the app!
