Ratings and reviews

Was a good app at first but constantly crashes during surveys. The last few weeks I haven't been able to play any of the daily games (Hoops, Snake or Spin) the option is just not there anymore. I have the latest update and tried reinstalling several times. Sent a support ticket and they offered no help. I was so close to redeeming an Amazon gift card, too. What an unfortunate coincidence....

Took just under a month to reach the minimum points for a reward, and there's not enough cash rewards for every user. Still haven't been rewarded for surveys and shopping because gift card rewards only come back in limited supply once every two weeks and supplies run out within a few hours. Update: I set an alarm in my phone to be on when the gift cards drop. They sold out in under a minute. Don't waste a single minute on this app.

Used to be great, awful now. Terrible user experience for an app that reads your bank accounts to give points. Impossible to redeem points, which was previously a very easy process. Had app for years. Even if you get the chance to select 'redeem', app errors out that gift cards aren't available. You have to login multiple times during the week to make sure you're activated for the week's offers. The app doesn't always remember you activated, so you're prompted to activate all offers again.
