Pretty much worthless Two months behind usage and billing. Nothing of value to offer. Feel good app that doesn't do a damned thing of value, and has a painful interface to boot. Hire better developers and designers is my recommendation.
Great idea, but... Awesome concept! Just doesn't deliver on the features it claims to have. Can't review daily or weekly report. No draught or leakage notifications.
It's functional Only wished I could see actual meter readings for a given start-stop time, like overnight for example, to help detect inconspicuous pin hole leaks.
First of all I asked for this program to be installed on my laptop. After installing it, it stated that it was installed, but the screen didn't show me what to do next or how to use it so I gave up. Next thought I'd try to load it as an app on my smart phone. When I turned it on I saw that it was already an app on my phone! Apparently it loaded it on my phone with no chime, nor anything else telling me it did. Then I opened this app up and still didn't know what to do to set it up. I stumbled around and finally figured out what to do. Then it wouldn't accept my settings because I failed to insert a dash in my account number. Finally guessing at that fix, I was in. Then after it asked about whether I had a pool, number of toilets, dishwasher and sprinkler system, there were no other buttons to click to make it go to the next screen so I clicked on my button to escape this and then I was in the program. It acknowledged who I was but afterwards nothing was friendly to navigate anywhere. And then it stated that I was 222% over my goal for the year and 253% over my goal for this month. For starters, how does this system know MY goal? And I have no lawns but a simple drip system
Won't work for most people There are only links to four water agencies out of more than 400 in California
Not working yet In a month where I used about 10k gallons, this app says I used multiples of 56k gallons daily! (12m gallons/month!) It's off by 3 orders of magnitude!
