Amazing service from start to finish

Wonderful concept and I would totally pay for this once they iron out the kinks. Not all of the shops that support drop it actually were trained in how to use it so we ended up just walking over to their kiosk to drop off our shopping bags. We have a newborn and a toddler and this service is completely worth it. However, I knocked off two stars for :- 1) Stores that are listed as accepting drop it didn't actually have their staff trained 2) Not enough of their own kiosks to drop off bags

Did not work at all at Jersey Gardens. Got stuck on scanning the barcode on my bag and the people helping me at the store were confused, so I gave up. That's fine and all hiccups happen, but the real issue is I still got charged 5$ despite not ever actually completing any dropoff/pickup. Unacceptable.
