You workout 3 days a week. You start with 2 warm up exercise sets. You do about 4-6 different compound exercises with varying set amounts between 2-3. The apps tell you how many many reps per set. They give you suggestions on weight amounts within the app or if you don't have weights there is a body weight exercise program. App issues persist. Although it no longer crashes upon opening, I am unable to log a workout, after multiple attempts.
