About this app

The mobile app will provide flexibility to patient for checking available doctor slot for any specific location for Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital / Clinics. They can book an appointment only with the doctor available for respective speciality. They can also view their visits in the app as part of the Timeline feature.

A Patient can view their current or past medication suggested by doctor.

I've been using the app for a while now. It's great to have access to all history, but for a while now, it hasn't worked at all. No new radiology results or medical reports are being uploaded. Even the old habe disappeared, so absolutely no radiology reports available to be viewed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't launch. Ridiculous! This needs to be fixed ASAP!

The app works on OTP basis for most of the actions. It requires OTP even for switching patients which makes its processing much tedious. It takes OTP to deliver after hours. Very disappointing and slow app. It also don't keep the profile logged in even after selecting "remember me" option and requires logging in every time, that too with OTP.

Okay but needs improvement. Sometimes the booked appointments disappear and I have to call customer service to make sure I still have it. Bugs and minor issues that make the app a little hard to deal with could be fixed. One more thing, adding insurance card should include uploading a photo instead of only taking a picture. My card is virtual on my phone and I should be able to easily upload it.
