Quickly flip through days on your calendar, view and schedule appointments, and book time blocks to mark yourself off the appointment book. DaySmart Pet™ is a great grooming scheduler app for any size pet business, and pet grooming business owners and managers can even check out the appointment schedule of any of the employees at the business.

EASILY MANAGE CLIENT AND PET INFO
View your clients’ pets’ grooming or medical notes, see what products and services the client has purchased in the past, all their upcoming appointments, send them a quick text or e-mail right from the app, or even get a map to their address if you’re a mobile pet groomer. Glitches after a few transactions. Sometimes it won't even open. Other times it takes 3 times to move the appointment before it actually moves. It is nice though. It keeps track of clients and numbers and sends out automatic reminders which is very convenient. There is a place for photos and notes and medical info.

It's so glitchy. When you tap on the notification for messages the message doesnt show. I have to close it and reopen to see the message. The notes could be better. I wish it would let you add multiple notes and organize them by the dates you enter them so you can see what date a note was added instead of it being one long screen for notes. I manually type dates for the notes I add so I can see the history of what my clients request.

Where do I start? It deletes ALL YOUR CLIENT NOTES AT RANDOM. GROOMER BEWARE. After 3 years with this software I'm desperate to switch. It takes at least 10 solid seconds to upload EVERY page you try and access. You have to look in 3 or 4 different sections for client info, pricing, notes etc. It's painful to use. Clunky, awkward, not intuitive. Definately did not consult groomers to create.
