This app doesn't refresh well. When I have finished paying the bills using card, the amount of "unpaid" bills in the homepage doesn't change until a while later, even after I tried refreshing the page. It can be confusing; I tried paying twice before due to this slow refresh rate. Also, the app crashes sometimes.

It is bad enough that I change to other services, my credit balance supposed to be over $100 by 26th July 2023 but due to late 2 days not top up it, at 28th July 2023, when I top up my credit, the previous balance never return anymore. Contact DST for this but never know what actually happened and lastly, by 30th September, I just changed to other service.

Idle all the time, this is the second time displaying null credit balance after updating the app, can't even top up.
