I haven't been able to complete the sign-up flow due to not receiving the OTP code after waiting for 2hrs. Also, I got stuck on the OTP screen every time I entered the details from the start. very frustrating. What about the location? Is this the shop location or my current location? What about if I sign up from home but my shop location is present at a different location? Ican't change the location on the map. Mostly order not delivered completely... No hard copy of Invoice which is against the law.. They cancel the order themselves and the reason they provide is change of mind?? Do buyer have a lot of time to wait for the order and you give such a lame excuse to buyer and waste his time and business? What kind of business are they running no check and balance.. Rates are mostly high Lastly, no action is taken against the culprit on filing the complaint.. Very bad experience, not recommended.

Very poor app. You people should mention in which area you are delivering. Wasted my time for 3 days. They Called me and confirmed my order but they didn't tell me that we are not delivering in your area. On delivery day they told me that your order has been cancelled and we are not delivering in your area. Wasted my 3 days. Very poor service.
