Dashed hopes. Hoping it would be easier to pay my bill, I hop on to the app, only to see extra charges. Showmax is added. I never asked for showmax. I think, no problem, I can always remove. Nope. Nothing on the app to remove these extra charges I never asked for. I see the live chat option and think perfect, I can get help. No again. First, wait time is oddly longer than expected. Second, I now have to go onto Showmax website to remove something I never added. No offer to do it. Disappointing!

This App is useless just consuming my data and occupying space on my phone . Always showing error and each time I complain customers care will say network. When other apps are working it'll be showing error it doesn't worth the time. The developer did a poor job on this.
