App can no longer run on my device I used to operate the app on my phone before until I updated it. Then it complains that it can't run on a rooted device. How is that important? I thought the team would have noticed this and make ammendment but reverse is the case as I just applied another update. Kindly look into that. The fact that a device is rooted and can't be unrooted due to the fact that it's from factory shouldn't necessarily deny the user from accessing your services. Fix that!

The biggest issue in using the app is that there's no way to pay for the service (Compact Plus) without adding an extra charge in form of add ons or extra subscriptions which I clearly don't want and don't need. If there was a way to pay for only what I need instead of adding extra subscriptions with no way of opting out, then maybe we'll be fine.

it was a sad experience in the past few days (April 10). I subscribed to reconnect to my previous package (confam) but the results was another thing. I have not been reconnected neither is the payment reflecting on the app. it is showing in the payment history. With my few understanding of MyDStv app it will not process any error except there is a subscription.
