The biggest issue in using the app is that there's no way to pay for the service (Compact Plus) without adding an extra charge in form of add ons or extra subscriptions which I clearly don't want and don't need. If there was a way to pay for only what I need instead of adding extra subscriptions with no way of opting out, then maybe we'll be fine.

It's been a sad experience within the last few months. From disabling my decoder to getting a swap. My information transferred to the new one without the subscription. The new one with faulty IUC NUMBER, changed with another subscription. Now I subscribed and wasn't connected. Was told I was owing for previous views. My subscription reversed after about a month into the air. No follow up on reported cases. It all looks like a scam.

Sometimes I feel like the 4.4 reviews to this app has been bought honestly... It's the most useless companion there is... I don't remember the last time I was able to make payment through the app , but then again since I've downloaded it , I've actually never been able to It's either stuck on "busy processing" or error. I'm here even giving it 1 star because I have to , to comment..
