Gotv has always been a highly regarded satellite TV decoder. However, my main issue is that whenever the decoder is rebooted, it defaults to Channel 1 (Go Channel) instead of resuming on the last watched channel like most other decoders do. This lack of memory for the last viewed channel can be quite frustrating. Thank you.

My experience with the MyGOtv app shows that GOtv doesn't value its subscribers. For the past three months, I’ve been unable to log in to recharge. Despite numerous complaints on various GOtv platforms, their support has been unhelpful. The toll-free customer care numbers provided never connect, and they’ve even stopped responding to my complaints online. At this point, I’m actively searching for a better alternative.
