The streaming software continues to have trouble buffering with the update. Either the sound cuts or the video freezes. This has been an issue for a few weeks now. This is extremely disappointing and needs to be fixed as soon as possible please.
I have so much problems with this app, lately!!! I can't watch my series on catch up, because the episode are faulty (3 weeks now). The sound dissappears when you watch something and it skips the story to another scene - for no reason!
Buffers constantly, the mobile app as well as the Web version. even on a 10mbs hardline. Dstv needs to update their streaming tech to get even close to Netflix quality and performance. Not impressed at all. Now after the update, the sound disappears and the video skips forward. It happens on every video, whether its series, movies, shows, all of them. The app is now useless
I downloaded the app for my dad because our SD PVR and Explora decoder is showing a error code E48-32, I know that you can fix errors on the app but when I put in the error code it does not reconize it. We did call multi choice the advice they gave did not work, But I still don't understand the error code is showing on our tv screen but the app can't reconize it. How does that work???
The app does not buffer properly. I tried to leave it to buffer so I could watch an entire episode, but it won't. It sticks every two minutes, or the sound disappears, or the picture freezes. I make use of the Netflix app on my phone also, and it streams perfectly. Please fix the app.
This app has issues of getting stuck and losing sound. I'm sure if Dstv staff would pay attention to customer feedback the same complaint wont keep coming up. The whole point of this app is to have good access with no inconveniences. Please acknowledge and fix the promblem
