Cast not yet supported. Streaming working again Edit 15/12/2016: Streaming error fixed, now working properly again! No support for casting via Chromecast yet. Then it will be a 5* app. Are there plans to introduce a casting feature? I reckon for nearly paying R1k/mnth it's an essential missing feature. Poor app as it's too slow The app is great to the extent that it gives you access to programmes, sports and movies you can watch anywhere. But that's where it ends. It is permanently buffering and hanging. It can be extremely frustrating to watch a movie, as it takes twice as long to watch. One can accuse the network, but I also use netflix and I have not encountered that problem even once.
Very dissapointed in the new version In response to your explanation that some devices are pre-rooted and are not supported by the app, can you please explain why now after all this time it is an issue. It used to work before the update. Surely the change was intentional from your side when the updated version was developed? Or are you saying it was not and that it will be fixed with the next version of the app and if so when will this be?
Since the new update my cloudgate computer (Android 4.4.2) does not work? It worked fine on the previous version. Please fix as this is my only computer. The error I am getting is the video never starts the buffer circle just spins then it goes back to opening screen. If I then click again it tries to start again then takes me out of the app. I removed app twice and reloaded and have deleted data and cache with no success. This has only started since the upgrade.....just updated to the new version 5/1/17 and does not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled but not working. Logged out and in again nothing making it work. Any chance of getting previous version as that worked great?
When it works Would rate it better, but almost a week without service is unbelievable, especially since it worked fine for ages. It's obvious the issue is older o/s' e.g. KitKat. Turn it back on.... Pretty please
Not good enough The problems that I have with the app is that a) it is very slow to load. Shows, once selected take forever to open/start. (This despite access to WiFi with a download speed of around 40 mbps.) Then b) shows are prone to repeated buffer moments where the audio cuts out and oftentimes c) losing the picture and audio altogether. If you have ever used Netflix you'll know what this experience could (should?) look like, and this falls far short of that mark.
