This app crashes constantly. Especially during sales which makes it seem like the company is doing it purposely to keep you from taking advantage of the sales. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, going in through the website instead of the app and none of it works. I either get a blank screen or it freezes on the home screen. It just sucks.

Horrible since 2025 update! App freezes every single time I try to edit my shopping cart! I've been trying to check out for almost 3 weeks, at this point I'm just going to log in online but I just don't want the hassle of trying to remember my password and everything that will follow if I don't! Administrator, please fix whatever bug that won't allow edit of shopping cart, freezes stating "error with trying to reload cart" or the app freezes completely, and I'm not allowed in past cover picture!

Garbage app. The most basic thing an e-commerce app needs to do is allow me to make a purchase. The shopping cart won't load. Shutting down the app and re-opening it leads to a worse outcome, stuck on an intro image without the ability to shop at all. I give up, purchasing the shoes on Amazon.
