【Main functions】

Scooter Service
Scooter Connection: The scooter connects with the mobile app through Bluetooth pairing, The Bluetooth connection status is displayed on the home screen.
Password Setup: When user forgets the password, it can be recovered by email/cellphone number. There will be a verification code following the password reset method.
Controls: The app can control the gear level, light switch, scooter self-check, atmosphere light switch, start mode selection, cruise function, and other smart functions.
Error Report: When scooter fails, the app can display the failure fault, as well as the recommended procedure for the fault.

Display: Display the remaining battery power, cruising range, current speed, current total mileage, scooter lock and unlock etc.

Driver Moving Data
Display the ranking of all drivers’ mileages, specified by the time (Day/Week/Year)
Display scooter’s moving data
Display daily moving data

So far, so good. I just got my Phantomgogo A10 scooter yesterday and installed the app. So far it's been working good. The only minor issue I noticed is the unit of speed feature doesn't work on the app. I had to change it on the scooter, by clicking the power button 3 times. Otherwise everything works and it connected immediately. Also I have an android (Samsung S25 Plus).

Took a little bit. Got the right app to connect to my Phantom A10. The QR code in the manual will not support newer version of Android phones (i.e. Samsung Ultra S24, etc) Need to look for this particular app to download and wait until the scooter is fully charged. Follow the app instructions and you will be able to connect. Name your scooter and then bind. It will connect to your phone via Bluetooth and the icon will automatically appear on the control panel of the scooter. No ads in app.

Barely had the scooter for a day and I can't use this app with an android phone, which means I havent been able to use any features in the app! All it does is say Bluetooth Connects then, Reconnects... Over and over and over again! Glad I bought at Costco b/c we.will be returning if there aren't any software updates soon. Bought the same scooter for my husband a month a go and he has an iPhone and it works fine.
