This app is great........once. I can install,login and use this app once. The next time I go in I just get a blank white screen. I have to uninstall then reinstall to get back in. When it does work it provides a lot of useful information. I'm using a Nexus 6p with Android Oreo. Update:I updated to v.2.3.4 as suggested and it worked as expected for 2-3 sessions but now I'm back to the same blank white screen. I have plenty of free space on my device and can easily run graphics intensive games on this device so RAM is not the issue.
10/17/17 As suggested I updated the app after deleting the old version. No change, all I get is week old data that isn't all that helpful when choosing new lighting or seeing how much my new vent fan will set me back. Don't know what happened overall but guess this is not all that useful any more. Going to unplug the whole thing. Like many others mine stopped working. I have given up trying to fix connection and just look at the updates over time. It was really helpful when I could track how much turning on one appliance or bulb would use so I could use energy more wisely.
Product is not ready for " prime time "– I have over 80 "smart devices " running through out my home - with very few issues . That is , with the exception of the DTE "insight " app/hub . It is by far is the worst ! My hub is located approximately 10 feet from the "smart meter" yet it is ALWAYS losing connection- therefore the app becomes useless. I have installed and reinstalled the app numerous times- in addition , I have tried logging in and out -over and over - yet problems always arise. I will say , that when it works its pretty cool - but those times- are few and far between . It is not used every day, but when I do try to use it , there is usually some sort of connection issue – (more times than not.) In my opinion , This product was “ launched “ before it should have been !

Won't let my login to my account
Not sure why this stopped working after the last update. Worked great before with the bridge. Now I can't log in. I uninstalled, reinstalled and redid my password but still get the message to check my login info. Can you tell me when this will be fixed😵
