Ever since the update, the app doesn't work. Cannot find my bridge and all of my previous data is gone. The app should have never have been updated. Revised: Now that the app has been updated, it is working great and my bridge connects now. Thank you for fixing this app!!
Updated the app, still not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled, STILL not working. Hasn't worked in almost a month. I am getting incredibly frustrated. Never had any issues before that update! Now it's all jacked up! 😠
Read other reviews and I have had no issues connecting to the energy bridge or monitoring usage after the update. The app essentially looks and performs as before. My only question is what is the purpose of the Badges portion of the app? In my particular case it hasn't updated in over 4 months. Other than that minor issue it has performed flawlessly. I'll continue to use the Insight app!

App does not work. Said it would only take a week it's been a month. Can't log in says error try again later but does the same for days Probably gonna delete. Was great when it actually worked.
Updates knock out login info and breaks connections to the bridge. I have not not much success with the app since they took the system offline for a week and did some backend updates.
