It's a very disappointing service. I made a payment more than 24hours ago and still the recipient has not received the payment. Even after calling to find out, they stopped picking my calls at one point. Only then to find out other users who made payments after me have received their money, who does that? Very disgraceful service! And they refuse to refund me my money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE IF THE MONEY IS NEEDED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

I just laughed when i saw newly introduced security hurdle, even when the newly changes to the App make it difficult to operate, you won't find where to click next easily to send money and the rates, why the wallet needed? A friend i introduced it to living far away from me could not find out how to operate your App, so he dumped it. Am dumping it too, I felt am not welcome here, too rigorous. There are lots simplify straight forward App out there easy, cheap and fast to send money, Ciao.

Your Services are too poor, after waiting a long time to be verified then I still couldn't pay money, my credit card wasn't accepted and guess What , after several failed trials in your app, I used it instantly in REWïRE app for transferring money and they immediately made my transfers in less than 1 minute. Guys I recommend REWÏRE for their transfer rates and their instant answer to everything. DT&T are not yet ready for business, when they are they won't be making transfers very frustrating
