테라박스를 사용하고 있는 유저입니다. 테라박스에서 이 글을 보신다면 신속히 처리해주시길 바랍니다. 그럼 일단 유용한 점 부터 말씀드려요. 좋은점은 첫째로 사진을 업로드 하고 갤러리에서 지우면 저장공간 확보가 가능해요. 저장공간 정리가 급했던 제 입장에서는 정말 좋은 기능입니다. 두번째는 언제든 다시 다운이 기능하다는 점입니다. 셋째는 광고를 보면 1일 프리미엄 사용권? 같은걸 주더라고요. 그걸로 동영상도 업로드 했어요. 넷째 구글계정 하나만 있어도 로그인이 쉬워요. 그럼 이제 안 좋은 점 말씀드려요. 제 폰 기종때문일까요? 첫째는 영상은 화질이 너무 안 좋아요. 제가 하나의 계정으로 제 폰과 갤럭시 태블릿 둘다 로그인을 해놨는데 그 때문인진 모르겠지만 화질도 안좋고 다시 기기에 다운 받아도 저화질은 마찬가지에요. 제 소중한 영상들이 모두 저화질이 되는건 아닌가 걱정되고 후회되요. 둘째는 기기에 다운을 받으면 갤러리와 연결되어 한번씩 더 업로드 돼요. 불편합니다. 제발 고쳐주세요ㅜㅜ

파일 볼때 갤러리처럼 볼 수 있으면 좋겠어요 그리고 시간 순으로 설정할 때 테라박스로 옮긴 시간이 아닌 제 파일에 저장된 날짜 순으로 됬으면 좋겠습니다. 동영상 반복재생도 필요해요 그리고 동영상 로드가 너무 깁니다. 마지막으로 분명 폴더 하나가 통째로 업로드 되었는데 그 폴더 안에 새로운 파일이 생기면은 그 폴더 안에서 생겨야 하는데 다른 곳에서 에서 그 폴더가 다시 업로드 되고 거기 안에서 파일이 업로드가 됩니다 피드백을 여러번 보냈는데 답장하나 없더군요.

사진 다운로드하면 자동으로 저장이 되야하는데 저장이 되지 않습니다 아이폰>삼성 사진 옮기기 힘들어서 테라박스 연동해 쓰는건데 사진이 저장이 안되니까 불편함이 많아요 빠르게 해결바랍니다 다운로드 완료가 됐음에도 핸드폰에는 저장되지 않습니다
