This app is useless. Completed my order once, but it told me to fix an error. There was no error to fix. Restarted the order, completed it, clicked review, and it told me they were unable to link to my store. Went and stood in line outside for tm over thirty minutes. People in line had the same experience with the app. Utterly useless.

App never works, can't open. You have to keep reinstalling to get it to open. When you try and order, it just keeps spinning. The store says there is nothing wrong and can't honor discounts without the app. So you never earn any points. Got the app to finally work. Was charged a $1.00 service fee to order 2 donuts (one of which was free). Worst app ever!

As of 10/29 app keeps crashing when trying to open. Can't place orders, and in a pandemic you're losing money because of this. I'm not gonna stand in a line when I can do pickup. Can't even get rewards now if the app doesn't work. MY REVIEW: Have been using this for a couple of months. It's not bad, but the layout and operation is clunky. Compare it to something like the Chickfila app, or even Domino's Pizza, and you'll see the difference.
