After my bellow post the reaction was very fast from BM and got an update of the application resolving the issue. Great support. Issue with login to the app after last upgrade, asking to not use 3rd part keybord with the app and i am not doing it, asking to disable accessibility feature and it is not active on my phone, really enoying specially when you need to access to the app in emergency.

The user interface is neat and well organised. When logging in and making transactions the wait time is too much. Previous versions of the app had much lower delays, it's understandable that this is a banking app, but having to wait for too much time is really frustrating!

Terrible service from this bank. The worst service I have ever received from any bank. I cannot login to the app. I have lost my registered SIM card and requested change of number. I have gone to two branches personally. I have also called and emailed multiple times. They always say they changed the registered number but never do. I am stuck without being able to login and customer service keeps lying that the number is changed. My latest case number: 1512285
