Really disappointed of the way they treated my case, they sent me different card from what they've associated in app, I sent money to it, when I tried to use it, I found that cards are different, they did return the money I've put in system card, and I can't do it myself since I don't have cvv ( wrong card sent), means i lost my money, thank good was not significant number, only 50$, also this took 10 days without being solved, to be avoided by all the ways possible

Very useless app, my phone is lost and I can't retrieve it my other number, dukascopy do not have an option to login with mail, so guys if you misplaced your phone number, you can't use the app anymore. I am very disappointed
I've been a client for more than 2 years. Lately the support system became too slow. I am since Monday trying to access my account but I can't because I don't receive an SMS code. This system is too antiquated for an international bank. Before the support would give an alternative and answer in a few hours. Imagine being locked out of your Banking account for days!
