I got 190€ stuck in my account, I CAN'T even make a simple transfer to ANOTHER DUKASCOPY USER.... imagine . I never reached my 6000$ limitation yet. the chat support is a robot and by email they are very slow. I don't recommend that " bank "

My experience so far with Dukascopy has been pretty positive, they do require a lot of documentation, so you have to be ready it's not their fault and part of compliance, besides that I have used it extensively, and their travel card works flawlessly across the globe without any hitch. Highly recommended!

this card is one of my favorites but The employees at this app who serve customers are very rude and impatient, especially the Tunisian ones.
