love the app and the to go ordering is my favorite part, saves me a lot of time. I took 2 stars away because I have sent gift cards 2 friends before and they never received them. and it took months to get my money back. Everything else is great I will no longer send DD cards through this app. That issue needs a to resolved. I know I'm not the 9nly one who had issues with this. Please fix this problem and I will update my review
When it works it's great. But there are a lot of times that it just glitches and says "order temp. Not available at this location" FOR ALL LOCATIONS near me. Please fix it. I notice that it won't let the order through when you order something from the featured menu or trying to use a coupon
I have had to cancel my auto reload because two months in a row the money did not show up on my card. I assume this has been an issue with other users too because it is now a menu option when you call customer service. Other than this, I love the app! I am always getting free beverages.
I love the convenience of the app. My only issue is when I receive the message "the store is not accepting mobile orders at this time." It's not so much the message, but the fact that the app still subtracts the cost of the order, even though the order will not be filled. The deduction is not even noted in your purchase history, but is only discovered by manually doing the math. This has happened to me four times since downloading and using the app. The 1800 is useless because you can't speak with anyone. If they can fix this issue, the app will be perfect.
I never had a problem with the old or new app itself. My problem is that when you order ice coffee to go it shld be 1.99. But the app never reflects that. It's always full price. Also when I want to order ice coffee to go, I can't because I don't do a lot of ice in my coffee and I can't specify that when ordering. There shld be a space for additional instructions to make it more personalized.
The new app sucks The new app is a nightmare. I was glad when it came out because the old app was not great. Now I miss the old app! The new app logs you out, won't load, and is slow. Several times now I have not earned my points because the app would not load while I was in line. I would say I'm switching to Starbucks whose app works, but who am I kidding...
