There's no problem in app at all ! This remote is good. Only thing I am facing is that when I am matching the remote it gets matched. I save the remote. Then when I use it, only power button works properly. When I click on the other buttons, then an error screen comes. Its like a lot of black dots on a white colour screen. I have an LG TV with an Airtel dish. I hope you reply soon and fix the problems. ☺️

I love the app but I don't understand why the back button is greyed out for both my tcl and Samsung TV I paired with. it makes it difficult to navigate since the back button doesn't work. I have to go to more options to find the exit button to go back. it would really be convenient if the one on the initial interface works.

My Acer DVD player is not supported. I reported the issue on this app for many times but there is no progress. So far, I’m still satisfied with this app as it supports most of my appliances just except this DVD player. But a few days ago, I found this amazing app “BroadLink” and finally I can control my DVD player as well as other appliances in my home – air conditioner, audio, set-top-box, TV… Now I can throw away all my remotes in living room :)
