This app has been hell as an IT admin. Enrollments very often don't work for no apparent reason, and refuse to give any meaningful error data. Users softlock themselves if the enrollment process gets interrupted at any point, and then their partial setup has to be completely reset from our end before they can try again. We've been getting countless calls about the setup just failing or refusing to proceed for no reason. Once set up, the app seems to work fine.

This is a nightmare. The first time I installed this app there were only a few problems. I got a new phone and it has turned into a giant mess. I can't get into anything I need to for school. I've had to uninstall and install the app a few times, it will suddenly not have an option to send a push only have an option to enter a passcode from Duo mobile. I have had to call my school's help desk multiple times about the issue and now I'm locked out again.

Inconsistent at best. Unreliable. Sometimes it sends my notification/request for verification to a different phone number than the one I entered upon setup. No idea where it's getting that number. Also, when it sends a notification to my watch (Samsung Galaxy Watch 4) my only option is to open the Duo app on my phone to approve. So, what's the point of sending it to the watch if you can"t approve it from there? Also, the code option has never worked a single time. Loathing this app.
