I hate using the Duo Mobile app. I only do because it's required at work. With the latest update, they disabled the ability to confirm a login via my watch. It was already inconvenient because it required tapping the initial notification action, which then disappeared, and then scrolling over to find the new notification that appeared to tap the confirm action. Now, it's not possible at all. Also, prior to that, they reversed the position of the action buttons-making it more difficult. App sucks

Very sophisticated way to make your infrastructure stop working. Almost every week something stops working (Teams, Outlook, ...) on random devices, because Duo needs re-authentication, without letting the user know so after adopting Duo, customers need to call that I have a new email, but I didn't see it on my mobile, because Duo decided I'm not authenticated enough. On PC, duo needs to open default browser (no way to just copy link and open it in a browser/profile of choice). Worst 2FA ever.

While many people can complain about the button placement, what people miss is the security hole their incomplete change made. The buttons are in opposite positions in portrait and landscape modes. Often I pull out my phone to hit the prompt and as I do so the orientation changes right under my finger and end up hitting the opposite of what I intend!
