I can approve, then confirm from the lock screen, but it won't actually work until I unlock the device. What's the point of even providing the approve/confirm buttons in the notification? Why not just have a notification that says: Approval Required, click this to foreground the crap Duo app. Recommend choosing Okta if it's a possible alternative.
Please roll back your update. Android wear used to work, now it doesn't. There are so many complaints about this. Your solution to use smart lock is not a viable solution.
Overall usability is good, but the approval flow from lock screen/smart watch has been broken/changed in a way that it can't be completed straight from a smart watch (it requires access to smartphone to complete)
App is crashing while activating the activation link or while scanning barcode to activate Very bad user experience
After the last update it doesn't work from notifications even when the phone is unlocked. I have to now manually starter app to have a chance to unlock the system.
Easily add 2fa for servers, easy to set up and free for a few users. Other products by duo are equally excellent
