Dutch Bros is the best coffee chain bar none, and if this app gave you the ability to customize the included flavors of menu drinks(less and extra sweet are too general when multiple flavors are included; maybe I want more of 1 but not the others) as well as having ALL of the flavors that are actually available at the location listed, it would be 5 stars. As it stands, some drinks can only be ordered on site due to flavors missing from the app.

Love the new mobile order option but PLEASE add a way to save debit card info. It's super annoying having to add the card again every time I order. Also, maybe add a "place order" button or something, it's a little confusing trying to navigate to the order screen. It's almost like the devs have never used another mobile order app cause it's missing some very basic features.

easy to order, but you can't do basic things in it. it doesn't save your past orders, and it glitches all the time so you can't save anything to your favorites. so if you try something new or order for a friend, you have to remember. a friend of mine can't get his Dutch pass to work in the app. so he can't order ahead without using his credit card (so he doesn't collect points unless he orders in person, which is a minimum 20 minute wait wherever we go near us).
