Still needs improvement as far as customized drinks like doing 2 different milks in the same drink or extra thick blended drinks. Adding more flavors because not all of them are on the app. I'd also like to be asked to choose which location because I don't know how many times I forget to check and I submit the order and can't cancel or change it. A lot of people have not just me lol. Oh and save vehicle information too.

The app is easy to use, and thankfully, the need to constantly update disappeared 😁 There is an "Order Ahead" function in the app, but I still can't use it at my fav DB...it's ok though because as soon as a broista sees my vehicle in line, they start my order. I still think the points earned for each drink purchased should add up to a free drink after I buy 10...the way it's set up currently, in order to earn a free medium drink, 15 medium drinks have to be purchased... I miss the stamp cards.

03/18/21 New, but they know what their doing. It can only get better over time. Thanks for making the app 02/08/25 reducing the rating because of this new "tap to activate" feature that is just obnoxious. I'm in line, I need to drive, I pull the app out, I'm reading the offer and now I need to tap? Like bro I just want a good deal, I'm not buying a house. The thing that pisses me off, is I'll miss the tap activation because I'm next and I get the scan code. Oops lost out on that cool deal...
