Very easily accessible drink menu. Pay as you go makes it easy to load your card. Has options of how much you want to load your card for. Easy way to get free drinks just click on it and send it to your card. And cute little stickers you can put in the app and earn when you get specialty drinks. Has an option to add the tip when you pay. You can turn this feature on or off. It's very easy to navigate

The ap is easy to put money on and use it to pay. I like to have access to the calories of each item, though I wish they weren't as high calorie as they are. The menu isn't complete and loads slowly, so decide what you want before you get in line.Easy to use no touch experience. The bro-istas don't always recognize the less frequently ordered by name, so it's helpful to keep your menu item up if you want, say, a jelly donut tea (highly recommend! )

I like the app now that they added payments to it. It is a fun thing how the have stickers when you complete a quest (buying on a holiday, trying a new item, etc). Also seeing the locations is a big help if I am in a new area. I wish they would add location requests so when I do go to a location it is not so busy.
