Review from Nigel Jones
Full featured with proper push Lovely full featured Twitter app. Has push support which is great. Frequent updates
You do realize that everything isn't always the users fault? Way too many updates. It's just getting annoying now. Seriously what app needs daily updates? Also like I said before. Notifications from favourite users come in hours late. Now I'll wait for you to get back to me telling me it's all my fault again and nothing to do with you. Edit: I know I need live streaming turned on for favourite user notifications so that's why I have it on. Edit 2: Nope. It's set up correctly. I have the live streaming symbol displayed in my notification bar. Yes and yes.
Unresponsive Every single time I use it, it lags and becomes unresponsive, then I have to force close. It has some great options but you need to fix the LAGGING. Unstable.
Slow, but usable! The only Twitter client with both lots of options and true multi-account support. It's janky sometimes, though. I wish there were a refresh button since pull-down doesn't always work immediately (it's better now but not always). Interaction buttons below tweets were finally fixed, but, you still can't RT yourself like you've been able to on official Twitter for several months. It's also slow/unresponsive... So much lag! Profile pages will frequently crash back to the main timeline, too.
So complicated, the support team not friendly at all The most vital reason to use an app other than the official Twitter is the simplicity & functionality which are missing here.
Wow.. I loved this app when I first got it. But after a few days of use the app is now unbearably slow. I have no clue why and have combed through the options trying new things but to no avail.
Too much delay There's too much of a delay from clicking a tweet and going back to your timeline. On my phone, it's now about 4 seconds. On my wife's, it's about 10 seconds. Same phone and settings. Everything else seems to be ok, but it acts like it's reloading the timeline each and every time. It's almost unbearable.
+ Support for viewing Animated Gifs attached to Direct Messages
+ Display a notification when automatically filling gaps in the timeline
- Opening videos in Direct Messages may fail to open video player under certain circumstances
- Fix a crash splitting Tweets not containing mentions
Supports multi-column and multi-account! It is a Twitter client recommendations If you want to create a client of your own, to those who want to enjoy fluently.
