Ratings and reviews

There is no way to try out the app without creating an account. Promotional material highlights that it is free to download. However, it forces you to create an account and set up a free trial which then turns into a paid subscription. Other apps offer limited features for free with no account creation. This app offers nothing without an account, and doesn't appear to have any free option, even a limited offering. I won't create an account, so I never was able to try it.

Beautiful App, But Pricey! 7 Day Free Access and you can skip choosing a subscription and still get the 7 days free. I am pretty sure it will prompt me to choose a subscription in order to use the app once the 7 days are up and since there are other apps I can use for cheaper I took a star away but this app is really well done. If I could afford it, I'd pay for the lifetime access (on sale 199 normally $399) and since the annual is $59 and monthly is 9.99 it seems worth it.

This app is great, I love that I can read or listen, the app is very organized and the voices are pleasant to listen to. My only real issue is that sometimes the books tend to crash and I have no idea where I left off when I go back into it. I wish there was a history that showed what the last book and chapter I read was, so if/when it crashes I can go back into where I left off.
