This app on my computer and smartphone says: INVALID username. However, it is the ONLY email address GRF has ever had, so why does it say that and give me NO OPTION for signing in other than to say forgot your password? HUH?.... my ID is my password. I can't change that.... Please fix, I am tired of calling ....
App login duration is terrible, from launching app to the point where it finally logs in (first says "logging in..." followed by "loading...") is generally 45-60+ seconds. There is no reason a basic authentication process should take this much time. App user interface is also very bland and not well organized in some screens... Please put some effort into resolving login delays.
Who do I report to that guests I have entered are not staying on my list? Very frustrating. Also takes forever to get logged in. This has majorly declined in being reliable.
Last update is a mess I have always been able to easily use this app. until the last update. I am an Android user and my version insists that you send an email pass. There are vendors who I want to allow in and I do not have (or necessarily want) their email address. Please revise and correct the Android version.
Make the text message alerts come from the same number or sender. As it is now you're clogging up my inbox with one off text messages for every alert.
I'm unable to login anymore, I think this may be related to Android 7.0. After my OS update, this app no longer works at all for me.
