Needs to be used better by the venue. They don't use it to display important announcements, ex..weather evacuations, festival changes, etc. Would be extremely helpful if they kept the app updated for users. Why promote it if you aren't going to use it.

App does not work on some phones. Doesnt work my Samsung or my Aunts phone. I have unistalled/reinstalled the app many times. Also tried turning off/on phone.

Never works at the venue LIKE it is suppose to. CANT NOTIFY ANYONE OF TECHNICAL ISSUES WHEN YOUR TECHNOLOGY IS DOWN. WONT ANNOUNCE AT FESTIVAL SYSTEMS DONT WORK.. PLEASE, fix this
