A simple improvement is needed... Great radio program. However it would be GREAT if the app allowed us to fast forward to any point simply by clicking on the "timeline". Otherwise, it only lets us skip 30 seconds at a time, which is a pain when the app crashes 50+ minutes into a podcast (pressing & holding the fast forward button doesn't work). Also, if I pause a show for several minutes it doesn't always let me continue from where I left off, sometimes the app refreshes and I have to listen to the podcast from the beginning! Please fix.
Piece of junk! I have no idea how this app has an average of 4 star. Constanly crashes for no apparent reason and when opening another app. And after crashing it needs to play from the beginning because there is no a slider to fast forward. There is an annoying 30 second button that is almost useless. They should have stayed with stiches.
The worst Pauses repeatedly as if it is buffering (but it's not). Sometimes plays a "double stream", one over the top of the other. Love Clark, but this is the most unreliable app on my phone by far.
It crashes a lot Just reading the latest news, the app goes for about 5 minutes and then crashes. Usually can read one article, maybe two if you read fast.
Great advice, terrible app Great advice from a great teacher. However, the app does tend to crash and you have to start the podcast from the beginning. Even worse, you can only fast forward in 30sec increments, no slide bar if you know exactly where you left off. Clark, you rock but this app STINKS.
Could be good, but not... Clark is amazing, but this app stinks.1) Before you play a podcast, it plays an ad for which you need Internet access. If I had access, I would just stream. 2) downloads are sorted by when they completed the download, not by program date. So if you download a bunch, will not be in a logical order. 3) can only skip ahead by 30 seconds at a time. So if you are 40 min in, and the app crashes, you have to try to find your spot by skipping 30 second at time instead of just clicking on timeline. 4) crashes often.
1.0.1: Audio now correctly pauses when you make or receive a phone call.
1.0.2: Fixed a timezone issue.
1.0.5: Minor fixes
1.0.7: Allow downloaded podcasts to play properly when no internet connection is available
