Build them from scratch, select to use a saved job template, or even let AI make one for you using just a few keywords. You can define the job details, skills, and other pieces of information you want to include, and even record a unique video about the job for your applicants to watch. You can even use the Cnect voice assistant to create a job post for you by using the key phrase “Hey Cnect!”

VIEW AND MANAGE APPLICANTS

No more sifting through piles of resumes. Browse the digital applications that have been submitted to your open jobs from the palm of your hand and quickly identify the highest quality applicants. You can immediately determine candidate chemistry and cultural fit through the use of Cnect’s first impression videos. You can also request for candidates to provide any missing information, update the application status as necessary, and quickly and easily provide notes and feedback for the rest of the hiring team to review.
