eSquared Communication Consulting support app is made up into three categories:
Category one - allows for simple phone support. Single button for requesting phone support
Category two - chat support. Chat support is integrated into our ticketing system for easy tracking and monitoring
Category three - Remote support request is designed for fast easy remote support for android devices. We integrated our remote support via our MDM partner SOTI. This request to also integrate into our ticketing system allowing tracking, documentation, SLA measurement and integrated email communication via a ticket.
