Like WMs service, their app sucks. To contact them, you click on your address, and then it says click on the number below to contact us. Exept there is no number and no other options to call them. Clicking on alerts takes you to a window with a spinning wheel that never stops spinning and displays no info. This app is just aweful and well represents that failed customer service of the company as a whole.

Horrible service and this, updated app is almost as bad. Under CONTACT US, it tells you to call by tapping the phone number below! ok, great. Except there is no BELOW, at least on my screen. If an app is supposed to be mobile, then make it mobile. We live in the PNW. We get snow! If it snows on Monday, they skip us altogether on Tuesday! My 2 wheel drive gets around just fine but apparently their huge trucks can't?? REALLY!! If WM wasn't the only service available they'd be out of business!

The app and online views DO NOT properly show itemized balances when there are multiple properties, (I receive 5 seperate invoices in the mail, but at least they are correct for tax purposes). I CANNOT possibly sign up for paperless until this is corrected! It is not possible to manage the account(s) online or through the app with these inconsistencies! Very frustrating!
