This is a great companion app for Mass Effect Andromeda. It lets you track the progress of your Apex mission teams. It is also good for tracking your multi-player progress. The sluggishness when sending apex teams on missions have been fixed. I especially like being able to purchase from the store in app. In fact, I prefer it since I don't have to reveal the purchases. I would highly recommend this app. It is now updated to reflect the new items in the 1.09 patch.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: to be fair I'm only riding this review because it messed up on me and I can't get it fixed. Up until now it has worked superbly and I love being able to access the game .Love the game.. Loved the app when it worked. logged out one day. couldn't get back in.. removed.. reinstalled.. reboot.. nothing.. zilch.. nada. keep getting a message says.. can't access servers .. try later.. tried all day.. googled it.. sent messages today on twitter.. kinda sad.. expected more from EA.. 😞
I was just fine with this app until I realized that none of my successful missions were applying to my game (only the rewards) and thus slowing my trophy hunt. Also, hiring my 6th team through the app also ruined my trophy hunt and so I had to retire a team and hope that now after I hire another, I'll finally get my trophy for 6 teams. I'm pissed.
The app will not connect to the ea servers no matter what you do. Waste of time to download. These questions about graphics and controls mean nothing when the app will not get past the login screen. It looks like you will just have to go into the game itself if you want to control the apex missions.
I really love this app, I used to use it on a daily basis and even hourly basis for a while, but ever since update 1.09 to Mass Effect, the app just won't connect to Electronic Arts servers, thus I am unable to use it whatsoever. A shame.
They've been making improvements, adding features, which is great. But the functionality seems to be getting worse over time. It's become incredibly sluggish, with buttons not responding or giving error messages. Incredibly frustrating.
