Ratings and reviews

The service is much better compared to competition. Biggest drawback is - wallet recharge doesn't get auto applied to a ride if the final fare is higher than wallet amount. App says pay differential if insufficient wallet balance, but each time it fails to work and I'm stuck with reacharge done in the wallet money for quite some time.

Ride experience is good but they do not follow kms based billing in Chennai but they follow km based billing in other cities as they always mention. If it shows estimate for 10kms and I travel only 8kms due to shorter route,billing is done based on previous estimate of 10kms If I travel more billing is done on basis of distance.This doesn't seem right here.If this isn't solved I will prefer other cabs. Update1: Took a ride today still same issue persists.No support.

we have been using Red Taxi in Coimbatore for the last 7 years. excellent service ,book through a call or the app. Deiber are very courteous and polite .No hidden charges or extra money is asked . What is in the meter you pay . Not like Ola who first only demands extra. done money.
