Ratings and reviews

Used to be the most reliable cab service before. But now they also have started ways to charge customers more. Recently I have seen instances where the cab has not even reached the location but we get notified that the driver has reached our location and the waiting time of 5 minutes starts. The location tracker also shows that the cab is approximately around 2 kms away from our location. The driver reaches the location after the waiting time ends and finally they make us pay more.

When I first started using the Red Taxi app, the fare rates were standard and reasonable, Past three months, I have noticed a serious issue. At the time of booking, the fare shown in the app is about ₹50 higher than other taxi apps, which I accepted and proceeded with the booking. But after the trip is completed, a much higher bill is generated. In almost every trip, the additional amount charged exceeds ₹200. Which is very disappointing service

Booked a trip by call for ₹1900 (130 km, 7 hours) and was told toll would be extra. However, after the trip, the final amount was higher even though there was no extra km or waiting time. The driver also asked for ₹300 toll without showing any receipt or proper breakup. Very poor transparency and confusing pricing. Not satisfied with the service. Support needs to clearly explain charges and ensure drivers provide proof for toll payments. The provided support email is doesn't exists.
