The app doesn't allow toggling back to the previous screen; you always have to close out and re-open the app. Also, the settings do not properly adjust on my device. Each ear tries to choose a different setting regardless of how I adjust the settings in the app, so I can never have more than 1 Preset hearing setting at a time. Please fix this. It makes me hate using these aides. For the money I spent, I haven't even worn them for 24 hours yet. UPDATE---Suggestion did not improve app experience.

You likely have gestures navigation enabled on your Android phone. To toggle back using gestures, swipe from the left or right edge of the screen. What a bunch of cranks. All the "complaints" are just requests for improvements. Yes, slider controls allowing increased fine tuning would be great, So would having bluetooth in the aids for in-ear on the fly adjustments. Eargo has done an incredible job so far and is ahead of any company I know of in customer service. I'm confident that their engineers are working hard on the next generation.

Customer service is the best. Fine adjustment of your Eargo devices is simple and easy with this app. I have used it on two phones of different quality and this app works well. Want something you don't see or have any questions, they are there for you and they usually resolve your issue within 24 hours by message or email. Or call them on the phone. They are prompt to call back if they are on the phone when you call. I usually reach a person about half of the time.
