I get giving u read access to emails but to send or delete emails or manage my emails a step too far. What is it with apps over reaching these days. Others may be ok with this but I am not.

We take security measures very seriously here at Earny, and your account would never be compromised. Earny doesn’t directly store your email credentials. Instead, he authenticates you directly with your email provider, guaranteeing that the security of your email is supervised by highly secured companies.

Sorry you feel this way and that you would make this sort of recommendation without really trying Earny. We take security very seriously at Earny and have many customers that trust us.
In order for Earny to work automatically on your behalf email login is required. We don't store your email credentials! I hope you reconsider. It's seems like a good idea, but I can't get it to sync with my Amazon account. Are you coming up with a work-around for Amazon's 2-step authentication process?

Suspect data sharing policies. They'll claim that they make money off the refunds, which worked, but they have some shadowy language in their privacy policy and appear to be sharing with a data broker.

I love it too Sarah! Happy Earnings! Earny has already earned us money back on two purchases! I'm very impressed! I'm so glad that there is such a service. My only wish is that the percentage Earny takes could go down for certain achievements or things you could do, for example: use Earny for a year straight and get 5% back ext. I think that would make it perfect!

At all the other stores that Earny covers, you can pay with any type of credit card or debit card, including Paypal and Earny has you covered, since these retailers have a price protection policy of their own!

Great Concept, However, every time I try to add my Costco Visa it will not take it. So a little dissapointed. I usually use Delta Amex for Amazon purchases and so far, I have been told that I "could" have gotten money back by using Citibank. But it will not let me add it. So nothing so far

That shouldn't be happening Chris. Can you please shoot us an email to contact@earny.co and we will see what seems to be the issue with adding your Citibank card? There shouldn't be an issue! The idea is great, but the execution and service is abysmal. Twice Earny attempted to collect their 25% fee for products that were never appropriately price-matched. They will attempt to bill you immediately after their claimed savings, regardless of when (if ever) you receive your refund. Will repeatedly lie about earnings/savings. Ultimately you will spend more time dealing with lackluster support staff than you would dealing with the merchant themselves. Not worth the time and definitely not anywhere trustworthy enough to consider linking bank accounts.

The bank card matters only when it comes to Amazon purchases since Amazon doesn't have it's own price protection policy.
At all the other stores that Earny covers, you can pay with any type of credit card or debit card, and Earny has you covered (even Paypal!), since these retailers have a price protection policy of their own! Want to be able to add other bank cards I use for shopping but it won't allow me to do so, like Bank of America or Huntington, Target Credit/Debit card, ect.

The app is great, and I've already seen cash refunded....however I haven't seen adjustments to my Amazon purchases(only a tracking status), and that's where I do most of my online shopping. I can't believe no price changes have occurred on any of my Amazon orders.
