terrible app, reply to email doesn't work correctly. when click reply it scrolls to bottom of email. when start typing, you do Not see what you are typing, the cursor is in the wrong place. technical issue. and there are many more tech issues. like problems editing any text you typed. awful. I tried to report these to technical support and gave up, dead links can't reach support, tried to type the issues in chat, disconnected. I gave up. you click Help in the app and it's a blank dead page.

This app is close to worthless. The only 2 things I need it for, is to pay my bill and get support. Otherwise, don't bother downloading. As far as emails go, sign into another email app with your EarthLink account. ★Please fix★If you happen to not pay your monthly charge, service is disputed. But then, when you block access to signing into the account, I can't pay my bill without calling.

Another badly-designed app! "Remember me" and finger scan doesn't work so you have to enter your email address and password each time you want to check your email. There is no drop-down box for all your accounts so each one must be re-entered in its entirety and it kept opening to a secondary account. My attempt to chat with customer support failed when he went to check the problem with signing in and never returned. All together frustrating and a waste of time.
