Ratings and reviews

A really great app for a really great cause. The only big issue is with the sign-up page itself; when making an account, I had difficulty confirming because it would have errors that shouldn't have even shown up. Logging in after making an account is a bit easier, thankfully, and once you're through that roadblock it's easy to do what you want to do. I'd recommend this to people who are keen on saving endangered animals, or animals in general.

there seems to be a number of glitches - the main one being the avatar not loading or not being able to be edited. Plus I can't seem to update my child's information. I also kept getting errors when creating the username- and somehow ended up with multiple memberships. overall, the content looks great but the glitches are annoying.

I love the game, as someone who's into wildlife, though I'm having an issue when trying to play, the game loads like normal, but then idk if it happens at specifically, Level 40, but my avatar doesn't appear in the game or icon, and when I tried going to the support on website, it just loads to a screen that says "404" please help
