I have booked two rooms in a hotel with help of easemytrip nad got the cofirmation for booking. Once I attempted to check in at hotel desk, they denied as hotel was sold out. I left with no options by application. The customer care of easetrip fooled me for 3-4 hours and showed that they are supporting me. But actually they had no valid reason for scrap out what they have done after taking money.

Avoid booking through Easemytrip. Very poor customer support.. I had booked a hotel and went for check-in. But the receptionist denied entry telling me that it's a false booking. Above all, I was not able to find any support from easemytrip team. Along with embarrassment, I had to roam around looking room elsewhere because of their Glitch. No refund. No calls. No complaints registered. They started responding only after I put a bad review in Play Store. These guys they don't have proper CS.

Our recent booking with EaseMyTrip turned into a complete nightmare. We arrived at the hotel only to find out that our rooms had been double-booked. After hours of waiting and unfulfilled promises from their helpline, we were left without any accommodation in the peak season, wasting our precious day of the trip. Even after over two weeks, there's been no refund. This experience was a huge disappointment, and I strongly advise not to use EaseMyTrip app.
