I had a great experience booking my travel through EasyMyTrip. The website/app is very easy to use, and the booking process was smooth and quick. I got the best prices for flights and the customer support was also very helpful. Everything from booking to confirmation was hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordable and reliable travel booking!

It's a great app for travel booking. I have used it for booking multiple flights and hotels. I haven't faced any issues. Also, I think the support team is responsive and helps with your issues. I, once, booked a hotel for incorrect dates, the support team helped me in changing the dates by co-ordinating with the hotel.

I do not recommend using this app. The customer support is very poor and unhelpful. In an emergency situation, they kept us waiting for over an hour — by the time they responded, the flight had already taken off. All they offered was a refund of the convenience fee, which was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.
