One of the most corrupt apps out there. Their M.O is offer a cheaper fare when you find them on flight-booking platforms. Once it seems your booking has been confirmed they follow -up with phonecalls, emails, WhatsApp messages to say that the airline have shot the prices up so your fare is invalid and would need to pay extra. They wont let you cancel either as its " Non-refundable". But the airline didn't let you book in the first place because of the fare change,so how is it non-refundable. lol

Fraudulent and Misleading – Avoid This App I had a very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip. The app displayed a cancellation refund amount, but after cancellation, I received only about 10% of that amount. When I contacted support, they blamed it on "airline charges", which were never disclosed clearly upfront. Secondly, they advertised a “Free Reschedule” option after paying a specific charge, but when I tried to reschedule, I was charged again, with no explanation. This is deceptive an

Just a fraud. Below standard and you can't trust them. Better to go with makemytrip, yatra or clear trip. update - now getting calls from Easemytrip to withdraw this feedback and they will refund back the convenience charges. is it?? It's surely not a goodwill gesture. I am sure you are doing this fraud with others also. You will show one hundred offers and then on the final page you will say, it's not applicable. Nobody would return back from the final payment page and wish to pay 5K extra.
