Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience with EaseMyTrip. The app shows prices, but the booking never completes. After filling all passenger details, the process gets stuck at payment or seat selection. Payment options don’t load properly, and the app does not move forward. This wastes a lot of time and is very frustrating. Misleading prices and poor service. Not recommended.

POOR & BUGGY INTERFACE - 1. There are very limited or no pictures of rooms while selecting a Hotel. 2. There are no options given to the user to select any other room than being told to select by the app. 3. The app keeps crashing and restarting while I am still using the app.

I've not seen unprofessional customer service like EaseMyTrip who can't even process a refund amount and even the communication to make a refund is so bad and unpolite. It's over 2 months now and I've not seen a full refund even after multiple followups. I would like to rate zero(0), as it is not here giving 1.
