Ratings and reviews

It has been more than 2 months since I cancelled my international booking, and I have not yet got a refund of more than one lakh from them. They keep saying that the airline has not issued the refund, while when I contact the airline they say that have already issued. I have the call record to prove that. I can see many people are having the same issue with this travel agent, we need to do something to stop this menace. Any ideas? #RefundDelaysTravelagents

They are doing fraud in the name of medical refund. They keep on delaying the process by saying document is not clear then send me a mail and after that they will say upload on website and their website will not work while uploading the document. Then they will again tell you to send the documents via mail and send the screenshot of error message while uploading the documents. I will request everyone to not use this aap ever. There are many other platforms where you can get very good discounts.
